Vanilla Custard with Roasted Blueberries by (once again) Smitten Kitchen

I've always been in love with puddingy things. I can't get enough of them. But custard brings eggs into the mix which is intimidating. When I made this I was thoroughly impressed. So delish! So worth the challenge! Small yield though, as Deb says in the post, so you might want to double or triple the recipe according to how many you're cooking for.
